    Testing Now Available

    The Grow Shop is happy to announce we are now offering Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) testing on both commercial and hobbyist grower scales.

    These tests can be performed on site by the user or can be dropped off at any of The Grow Shop LLC locations and tested by one of our experienced technicians with results in as little as 4 hours.

    For the commercial growers and large scale operations we offer bulk kit pricing that allows for users to buy bulk kits in increments of 90 test per kit as well as offer all the lab equipment for purchase necessary to conduct the test on site. The Grow Shop will also provide a detailed video on how to conduct the testing.

    In House Testing:

    Please make sure all samples are brought into The Grow Shop in a clean sterile bag or container and each item for testing is labeled accordingly and separated into its own container.

    For best results take multiple samples off of each plant as the viroid can be present in part of the plant and not others. 

    For best results the best part of the plant to bring in for testing is the base of the leaf where it connects to the plant but any part can be tested if desired.
